Cucina Italian and BRIO Tuscan Grille restaurants in both existing and new markets nationwide where it believes it can generate attractive unit-level economics.

Locations in affluent urban and suburban markets are chosen based on demographics, high-traffic, and high-visibility characteristics. The flexibility of the concepts enables BBRG to open successful restaurants in a wide variety of locations, including residential neighborhoods, shopping malls, lifestyle shopping centers and free-standing locations. BBRG proposes to develop restaurants that typically range in size from 7,000 to 7,500 square feet.
